refactor: drop legacy 'nightly' tag fallback

Browse Source 
Both goreleaser and goreleaser-pro now publish nightly releases as
vX.Y.Z-<sha>-nightly, so the action no longer needs to special-case
or fall back to the moving 'nightly' tag.
